Tim is a paralegal with Martin Law Firm and works with clients in preparing their financial disclosures, scheduling court hearings and obtaining answers to questions about the various processes involved.  He enjoys working in a small firm where there is daily interaction with clients and more attention is given to their needs.

He is the father of two boys, has been through divorce and is experienced in maintaining a successful co-parenting relationship with his former wife.  Tim is a long-time resident of Colorado and managed a liquor store for many years before beginning his career in the legal profession.  He is an avid baseball fan who enjoys the game whether it be at a major league park or a dusty little league diamond.

Tim's legal internship was in Boulder, Colorado, in the areas of personal injury, criminal law and probate.

Esther Minson

Paralegal

Esther is a paralegal with Martin Law Firm and works with clients in preparing their financial disclosures and getting ready for court.  She assists the firm's attorneys in client case administration, trial preparation, investigation and discovery.

Esther started with the firm in 2001; left to help manage her husband's business in 2004; and, returned to the firm in 2007.  She is a "Colorado Native" and the proud mother of a wonderful daughter.

Theodora Baldwin

Theodora ("Tedi") is a paralegal with Martin Law Firm and works with clients in preparing their financial disclosures, scheduling court hearings, case administration, trial preparation, and obtaining answers to questions about the various processes involved.

She is a first generation Greek/American originally from Queens, NY, and a proud mother of three exceptional boys that are now grown.  Tedi looks forward to enjoying time with grandchildren some day.  Although she loves the energy and excitement of “The Big City”, Tedi also enjoys the charm and scenery that Colorado has to offer.  In her spare time she is often at the gym with her husband, or painting, traveling and shopping.  One of Tedi’s greatest passions is cooking and she hopes to one day have her own restaurant offering a wide variety of international cuisine.

Tedi enjoys her career as a paralegal and has over 10 years experience in the areas of criminal defense, domestic relations, bankruptcy, estate planning and probate.   She gets great satisfaction in getting to know our clients and helping them through the tough times often associated in legal proceedings.

Benjamin F. Silfen

Benjamin (“Ben”) is the Legal Assistant for Martin Law Firm and is responsible for a wide variety of clerical duties.  Ben hails from the greater New York City area and truly enjoys the big city life, but has a soft spot in his heart for Colorado’s great outdoors.  He is an avid traveler, recently spending a summer abroad in Asia.  In his spare time, Ben likes to re-live his high school sports glory days by playing pick-up soccer and throwing a lacrosse ball around.  Ben graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in May of 2008.  He is very interested in the law and hopes to attend law school at some point in the future.
