Colorado Law Firm

Brett W. Martin, P.C., known as the Martin Law Firm, is a Colorado Professional Corporation specializing in father's rights, family law, domestic relations, divorce and custody.  The Firm is located In Building 10 of the Westmoor Technology Park at 11000 Westmoor Circle, Suite 170, Westminster, Colorado 80021-2724.  Westmoor Technology Park is geographically located south of Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport (formerly Jefferson County Airport), west of Wadsworth Parkway and north of 108th Avenue.  It can be reached via either 108th Avenue or Simms Street, Westminster, Colorado.  For a map of the firm's location, visit this link.

The founder of the firm, Brett W. Martin, Esq., a bankruptcy and commercial law litigator, initially formed the firm in 1996 with an emphasis on representing fathers in custody disputes within the Denver Metro area.  Brett, having been through divorce, recognized a need for quality, professional and persistent representation of a father's interests and concerns.

From representing fathers in custody matters, the practice evolved into the areas of restraining orders, stepparent adoptions, criminal defense and dependency and neglect proceedings.  Cases accepted have frequently involved allegations of parental alienation (PAS), domestic violence and spousal or child abuse.  Representation is currently accepted on behalf of fathers, mothers and grandparents in all areas of family, juvenile and domestic law.  Defense is provided in civil and criminal matters related to family law, including assault, domestic violence, restraining order violation and contempt of court.
