        D. Jason Brewer, Esq., Associate Attorney: $240 per hour in 1/10th of an hour increments      
        Jeffrey E. Forbes, Esq., Associate Attorney: $160 per hour in 1/10th of an hour increments

        Esther ME Minson, Paralegal:  $100 per hour in 1/10 of an hour increments
        Timothy J. McDonald, Paralegal: $100 per hour in 1/10 of an hour increments
        Theodora Espinoza, Paralegal:  $100 per hour in 1/10 of an hour increments
        Benjamin F. Silfen, Legal Assistant: $80 per hour in 1/10 of an hour increments

Expenses:

• Photocopies: $0.25 per page
• Faxes: $0.50 per page, received or sent
• Postage: at cost
• Mileage: $0.505 per mile (IRS Business Rate for 2008)
• Exhibit books: $15 per binder with exhibit dividers
• CD or DVD: $10 per disc
• Long distance telephone: no charge within the USA; at cost for overseas/abroad
• Email: no charge for sending or receiving
• Scanned documents: no charge (includes PDF and TIF files routinely sent or received)
• Court filing fees: at cost
• Efile fees: at cost (electronic filing of documents with court)
• Notary Public Services: no charge
• Other: at cost
